Guest Post for A Wedding in Cornwall

Thanks again to Elizabeth and Lindsey for letting me share about my books with the awesome readers at Chick Lit Chickadees!

A little over a year ago, I penned a short romance read titled A Wedding in Cornwall. It was a light, feel-good story about an American event planner named Julianne who moves ‘across the pond’ to a new job at a Cornish manor house. Her first adventure there includes planning a celebrity wedding, befriending her co-workers at Cliffs House, and finding herself romantically drawn to a charming Ross Poldark look-alike. As you can imagine, it was a lot of fun writing a story with such an idyllic setting, and I was more than happy to revisit it for a Christmas sequel. But I never expected to still be writing about the same characters and their oh-so fictional Cornish village one year and six novellas later!

Reader support for the series has been overwhelming, with the first book even making it to the Top 100 Amazon UK. Because of reader enthusiasm, Julianne and her friends at Cliffs House have experienced more adventures than I ever hoped for, including participating in a baking competition akin to The Great British Bake Off, and planning a royal wedding at a Cornish castle. The series continues with the release of A Romance in Cornwall, where a well-known romance novelist searches for inspiration in the quiet village Julianne calls home.

To celebrate its one year anniversary and the release of the next installment in the series, Book One, A Wedding in Cornwall, will be free again for a limited time via Amazon and other major eBook retailers starting August  23rd. I’m also happy to announce that readers will now be able to purchase the first six novellas in one volume, with both paperback and digital formats available soon!
